Returns & Refunds Policy

• You are entitled to cancel your order free of charge within 12 clock hours of booking without giving any reason, and we will not charge any cancellation or processing fee.

• The deadline for canceling an order is 12 clock hours from the time you book the service or from the time a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, makes the booking.

• If the cancellation is made after the deadline, we will charge only a nominal 10% of the booking amount as cancellation and processing charges.

• To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

• We will reimburse you within 6 - 7 business days from the day on which we initiate the refund. We will preferably use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement except any payment gateway charges incurred by banks.

Conditions for returns:

For the booking to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

• The cancellation request is properly communicated in writing through any mode of communication provided by us.

• The cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame.

• The cancellation request only made from registered email &/or Mobile number will be accepted.

The following cancellation requests cannot be entertained:

• The cancellation request is made beyond the allowed time frame.

• The cancellation request is not communicated properly.

• The cancellation request was made by an unregistered person.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
