By making a reservation with Khadim Homestay, you agree to the terms stated below.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their booking within 12 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund, provided that the check-in date is not within the next 48 hours.
Standard Cancellation
After the initial 12-hour period, cancellation charges may apply as follows:
- More than 7 days before check-in: 90% refund of the booking amount.
- 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less than 72 hours before check-in: No refund will be provided.
- No-show: No refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Bookings
The following bookings and services are non-refundable:
- Promotional or discounted bookings
- Festival and holiday special packages
- Complimentary or gifted bookings
- Group bookings with special negotiated rates
- Last-minute bookings are marked as non-refundable
- Coupon or voucher-based reservations
Refund Eligibility
To process a refund request, guests may be required to provide:
- Booking confirmation number
- Proof of payment
- Reason for cancellation
- Any supporting documents, if applicable
Khadim Homestay reserves the right to review and verify all refund requests before approval.
Early Check-Out
If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date:
- Refunds for unused nights are generally not provided.
- Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances at management’s discretion.
Property-Related Issues
If a booking cannot be honoured due to:
- Property maintenance issues
- Operational challenges
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Force majeure events
Khadim Homestay may offer:
- Alternative accommodation (subject to availability), or
- Full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.
Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.
- Khadim Homestay is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
- Check your bank account or payment statement.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank regarding pending transactions.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Booking Modifications
Guests may request changes to:
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Number of guests
Modification requests are subject to:
- Availability
- Seasonal pricing differences
- Applicable charges
Khadim Homestay cannot guarantee that requested modifications will be accommodated.
Force Majeure
Khadim Homestay shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Civil disturbances
- Transportation disruptions
- Utility failures
Refunds in such situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
